And now for a little side project I did tonight instead of puzzling...
As I mentioned, I received a bunch of facebook messages asking about the HMC papercraft, well, I've been wanting to make and upload a video slideshow of the work that went into making this papercraft, so I finally sat down, and took an evening to make it...
Nice progress on DR! Looks like you're having fun with it. It really doesn't look like too difficult a puzzle once you get that first repeat pattern finished, it should go really fast.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I guess I'm a little ignorant, so I have to ask.....what is the Howl papercraft thing? Why did you make it? Does it do anything? Is this from a movie or something? Haven't quite figured out what the appeal is that people would be sending you messages about it. LOL
Oh, and I also meant to ask....you said the little sorting trays you're using were from your mom's craft room, right? What are they exactly and do you know where she got them? I like them a lot. Would consider getting some of those for my puzzle room too. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI'll make a more through post later explaining everything so more people will see it, but short answers, trays are from crafting shelves that are meant to hold scrapbooking paper. (you can get them at michaels or hobby lobby) and the castle is from a movie... here's a trailer...
